Follow the following steps and create your free itune account !! feel free to post your comments if you have any problem in any of the following steps. These are the latest one with the 6 Nov 2010 Update.

Step 1: Run itunes and go to the app store (it doesn’t matter if you don’t have an Iphone or Ipod Touch just do it anyways) “” Click on itunes store”
Step 2: Select any free app randomly or by your choise and click on it

Now click on Free app and you will see a login pannel
Now click on create new account
Click continue
Check the terms and conditions and click continue
Enter your information
Check on the last option of payment methods “NONE” and after filing your information click continue
You are Done =)) congratulations !!

My problem is that when I click on None button I don't have any billing address in USA so that I could fill the blanks and then continue the process! and when I fill the blanks with some random data it says: “Your Credit Card Was Declined. Please Enter Valid Credit Card Information”
