In this project, I worked as a Consultant Architect and Business Analyst, and developed a comprehensive application called "CFSuite Rates Management" for local governments. The tool is designed to manage properties, people, and associated applications for accurate rates management and offers a wide range of features, such as rates modeling, rates generation, change of ownership, supplementaries, and more. It can handle all rates within the jurisdiction, including state levies, mining tenements, and various charges. The system provides me with the tools to generate rates notices, track payment arrangements, legal actions, direct debits, and integrate with common land information systems. I designed this software to streamline the rates management process and provide accurate outcomes for local governments.
